Please contact the Catholic Psychotherapy Association (CPA) if you have any questions about the following policies regarding the privacy standards for our site’s visitors and members.
Our hosting server may records each visitor’s domain name and uses cookies only to track visitors’ accesses on our site. E-mail addresses and other personal information are not gathered by our server unless specifically submitted by the visitor, or a member utilizes the log-in feature to access the Members Only pages.  We do collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on which pages visitors access on our site, and information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and/or form registrations.  The information we collect is used for internal review and processing and also used to improve our website and organization No information will be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.  When the transfer of certain types of sensitive information, such as financial, occurs through our site, visitors are redirected to a secure server that uses appropriate encryption technology to ensure the private transmission of that information. CPA reserves the right to use visitor information for other uses not previously disclosed in this privacy notice.
