Catherine Guilbeau is a third-year doctoral student at Duquesne University working towards her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Dallas in 2015 and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Duquesne University in 2016. Her interest in end-of-life care and bereavement developed through diverse professional experiences within the Baylor Scott and White Health network and Allegheny Health network, and personal experiences within end-of-life settings. She is particularly interested in the way medical, psychological, and spiritual narratives are taken up by the dying, their families, and the community at the end of life.
