Webinar Description:

The nature and treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD are consistent with tenets of Roman Catholic spiritual formation and human formation, making it possible to translate back and forth between what we know to be true from a spiritual perspective and what we know to be effective from the clinical psychology research literature.

This workshop will present information regarding the nature of and the evidence-based treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD. Participants will take part in hands-on training in the implementation of evidence-based treatment of the anxiety disorders and OCD. This workshop will demonstrate that evidence-based treatment of the anxiety disorders and OCD is compatible with spiritual and human formation and can be used to facilitate such formation. Specific ways in which evidence-based treatment and spiritual and human formation can be integrated will be presented.
